The photo above represents contrast because it shows the difference between a full bookcase, to an empty bookcase. In this image we are able to compare the two opposite subjects, which contrast one another. I like this image because the contrast and difference is clear and obvious within the image. 

This image shows the contrast between male and female. Here, we can see two people standing against the wall, and the evident difference is that one is a man, and the other is a woman. We can also differentiate their gender through their clothes, and their body language/stance. I like how there isn't anything else in the image, and that there is a blank, plain background so we are fully concentrated on the two people. 

This is a photo of the juxtaposition between rich and poor. On the left side we see an old man, in a suit standing tall. On the right, we see an old man in casual clothes, holding a mop and looking quite unhappy. This contrast shows the difference of what money can make to somebody's life. 

This image has been made from two, separate photos of the same young girl. In the first, we see the girl crying/screaming, which obviously shows that she is very unhappy. In the next image, we see her smiling and happy. This shows the contrast between the two opposite emotions, sad and happy.

From this image we can evidently see the contrast, which is young and old. I like this image because instead of showing the faces of the people, this photo shows the difference in their hands. Obviously, the young hand is smaller, but we can also see that their skin is smoother and brighter, unlike the older person's hand, which is wrinkled. 

Finally, this piece of artwork shows the comparison between devil and angel, evil and good. I like this picture because it uses the same person to represent both characters, as one side shows the devil, with a horn, and a black and red colour scheme. Whereas the other side shows the angel, with a halo and a white and blue colour scheme. These two sides of the girl in the picture, contrast with each other as they are opposites.
